The Port Dover Foundation

The Port Dover Foundation is a registered charitable trust directed by a board of trustees who are dedicated to the Port Dover community. All donations made to the foundation are invested by the foundation and awarded to projects that enhance Port Dover by promoting and supporting positive growth and development within the community.

The Foundation was chartered and received charity status in 2003. 

What is a community foundation? A public community foundation is a charitable organization that contributes time, leadership and financial aid to the community it serves. 

What qualifies as a Port Dover community project? Port Dover community projects are projects whose activities directly or indirectly benefit the town of Port Dover, its residents, businesses or the community in general. These include qualified donees and registered charities, but other organizations and projects are eligible as well.
